Our partner idologic maintains our servers, software patches, backups and all the other goodies so that I can provide you with the best support possible. Speaking of backups there are backup servers that not only backup your site and settings daily but they make a backup to the other servers that will take over in the event the main servers are knocked offline.
The cPanel Fantastico Installer has serveral scripts that it can automatically configure for your use. Below are just a few. Note some of them may require a license for you to use the software. Most of them are open source and do not require any licenses.

A few key notes about our business.
- Backups: There are backup servers in place that perform routine backups throughout the day. The backup servers also backup the data to the fail-over servers which take over if something should happen to cause our main servers to go offline such as a natural disaster.
- Disk Space: Most people think our disk space is low. We should offer many gigabytes. Our space is guaranteed. We do offer each account a percentage of overflow to ensure whatever project you are working on you will have adequate space to complete it. We also go through and clean out any temp storage space to ensure your getting adequate reports of your space usage.
- Bandwidth: While as a service we are limited and do pay overages we typically have extra to go around. If perhaps your website becomes a huge hit and you have a spike in visitors I’ll be notified at a certain threshold and can review your account to see if your being attacked or if its actual users visiting. And we can adjust accordingly. Its all about taking care of you and securing your success.
- Support: While most people are comfortable with their preferred software occasionally we need a little help. That’s easy to fix simply pickup the phone and call me directly. In most cases I can tell you what is needed right then and there.
